It’s hard to believe BAM launched eight months ago.

In that time, we’ve started new shows, collaborated with incredible talent, and worked to bring the industry news, humor, and education. But we’ve only just begun.

So while we’re ready for all the big things coming in 2023, here’s a look back at some of BAM’s top posts in 2022.

Industry News

BAM’s most-read news story came after agents started questioning the numbers EXP shared about other brokerages’ year-end debt.

Following that, two posts from BAM co-founder Byron Lazine looked at the changes in the market and what some of the biggest CEOs predicted for the future.

Marketing

best real estate parody

Many industry professionals turn to BAM for marketing strategies. And The Broke Agent, BAM co-founder,  always delivers. His marketing posts are always packed with insightful tips, whether he’s breaking down viral videos, sharing social media ideas, or explaining never-ending Instagram updates.

Education

dave ramsey

BAM Creators and contributors share an insane amount of knowledge on BAM. While these two posts were written by staff, the inspiration for each came from outside sources.

Humor

real estate satire

It wouldn’t be BAM without some laughs. And once again, The Broke Agent dominates this category. Here are two of his most-read posts.

Lifestyle

real estate drinking problem

BAM Creator Troy Palmquist sparked a conversation about drinking with his first BAM piece in December. We can’t wait for more content from him next year!
