Broke Agent Media LLC and its affiliates (“BAM,” “BAMx,” “BAM Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding that information.
This Privacy Policy applies to all BAM products and services, including BAMx (our membership platform), BAM Consulting, and any other BAM offerings. It covers information collected through nowbam.com, skool.com/bamx, and any associated platforms.

2. Information We Collect
2a. Information You Provide Directly
When you create an account, purchase a membership or consulting service, or contact us, we may collect:
- Name and email address
- Billing address and payment information (processed and stored by Stripe — see Section 4)
- Phone number, if provided for SMS communications
- Business name, role, and related professional information
- Any information you voluntarily provide through intake forms, consulting onboarding, or direct communications
2b. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our websites, we may automatically collect:
- IP address and browser type
- Pages visited, time on site, and referring URLs
- Device type and operating system
- Cookie and tracking data (see Section 5)
2c. Information from Third-Party Platforms
When you access BAMx through Skool, we receive account and activity information associated with your Skool membership. When you make a purchase through Stripe, we receive transaction confirmation and billing status. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Process payments and fulfill membership or consulting purchases
- Deliver BAMx content, training sessions, and member communications
- Send transactional emails related to your account (receipts, billing notices, access updates)
- Send marketing and educational emails about BAM products and events, where you have opted in
- Send SMS messages for account verification or operational updates, where you have provided consent
- Respond to customer support inquiries
- Deliver interest-based (“behavioral”) advertising and measure ad performance, using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Pixel (see Section 4b)
- Improve our products, content, and services
- Comply with legal obligations
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, as described in Section 4b below, some of the advertising and analytics tools we use may be considered “selling” or “sharing” your personal information under California law (CCPA/CPRA), even though we do not receive a monetary payment. We share your information in the following circumstances:
4a. Service Providers and Data Processors
We share your information with third-party vendors who help us operate our business. These parties are only authorized to use your data to provide services to us and are subject to contractual obligations to protect it. Our current service providers include:
Stripe (stripe.com): Payment processing. Stripe receives billing information to process transactions. Stripe’s Privacy Policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Skool (skool.com): Membership platform. BAMx is hosted on Skool. Account and activity data associated with your BAMx membership is subject to Skool’s Privacy Policy. Skool’s privacy policy is available at https://www.skool.com/legal?t=privacy.
GoHighLevel: CRM and marketing automation. We use GoHighLevel to manage member and prospect communications, email campaigns, and contact records.
Kit (formerly ConvertKit): Email marketing platform. We use Kit to send newsletters, event announcements, and educational content to subscribers.
Umami Analytics (umami.is): Privacy-focused, cookieless web analytics used to understand aggregate page views and visitor sessions. Umami does not use cookies and does not share data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4b. Advertising, Analytics, and Prospecting Tools (Sale/Sharing Disclosure)
We use the following third-party tools on our website. Under the CCPA/CPRA, disclosing information to these tools may legally be considered “selling” or “sharing” your personal information, even though no money is exchanged:
- Google Analytics (GA4) (google.com/analytics): Collects browsing and device data to help us understand site usage. Google may use this data for its own advertising purposes, which can constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. Google’s Privacy Policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Meta Pixel (meta.com): Collects browsing data to measure and target advertising on Facebook and Instagram. This constitutes “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. Meta’s Privacy Policy is available at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
You can opt out of this sale/sharing at any time. See Section 8 (“Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing”).
4c. Legal Disclosures
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of BAM, our users, or others.
4d. Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change via email or a notice on our website.
4e. SMS and Mobile Data
We will never share your SMS opt-in data or mobile consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes, except as required by law.
5. Cookies and Tracking
Our websites use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate core site functionality, remember your preferences, and analyze site usage. Types of cookies we use include:
- Essential cookies: required for login, account access, and basic site operation
- Analytics cookies: used to understand how visitors interact with our site (e.g., Google Analytics/GA4)
- Marketing and advertising cookies: used to track conversions, support advertising campaigns, and identify prospective customers (e.g., Meta Pixel). Use of these cookies may constitute “selling” or “sharing” your personal information under California law; see Section 4b
You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies, though doing so may limit functionality. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other recognized opt-out preference signals as a valid request to opt out of sale/sharing.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and comply with our legal obligations. Specifically:
- Account information is retained for the duration of your active membership and for a reasonable period afterward to support billing disputes, legal compliance, and reactivation requests
- Purchase and transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years as required by applicable tax and financial regulations
- Consulting client records, including intake forms and session notes, are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter
- Marketing contact data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 8). Note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes even after a deletion request
7. International Users
BAM is based in the United States and our data is processed and stored in the US. If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country whose data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence.
By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States. We take appropriate steps to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy regardless of where it is processed.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion: request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
- Opt-out of marketing: unsubscribe from email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us at support@nowbam.com
- SMS opt-out: reply STOP to any SMS message to opt out of text communications
- Opt-out of Sale or Sharing: California residents (and residents of other states with similar laws) have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can exercise this right by clicking “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in our website footer, or by enabling a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we will honor automatically without requiring you to submit a separate request.
- Non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights

9. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no internet or electronic storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on our website and updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this document. We may also notify you by email for significant changes.
Your continued use of our services after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
