Some listing videos stay with you long after you watch them.

That’s the goal, right? You want your audience to have your video playing in their heads, enough to get them thinking, “I want to see more of that house.”

Even better if they’re thinking, “And I want to meet the genius behind that video!”

This year’s BAMMYs winner in the listing video category was Matt Lionetti, for the second year in a row. And while we’re not surprised “Dunromin” took the win, all six of the listing video finalists had audience members rushing to vote for them.

We’re highlighting all six of them here, so you don’t have to take our word for it. If you missed BAMMYs this year or just want to take a moment to enjoy these again, read on.

Best Listing Videos of 2025

#1. Dunromin by Matt Lionetti

As mentioned above, Matt Lionetti took the win this year for the listing video category, repeating last year’s win for his and Anna Oliver’s creation, “Benni.”

“Dunromin” has some of the same heart-tugging vibes that made “Benni” so popular, but its voiceover represents the home’s owner rather than the home itself.

Still…might want to keep the tissue box handy for this one.

#2. Airport by Shannon Gillette

“Why go to the airport, when for under $20 million, you can own your own?”

That’s how Shannon Gillette’s video opens. It’s not a direct call-out to buyers with a $20M+ budget for their next home purchase, but it does make it clear right away who’s most likely to lean in for what comes next. But you don’t have to be a multi-millionaire to want to see more.

That said, you’ll probably have to watch this reel more than once to take in all the details. But with the audio and visuals, that’s not hard to do.

#3. Home Alone by Jason Cassity

Jason Cassity’s Home Alone parody is the perfect way to highlight a listing’s luxe details, from the polished bathroom to the spacious modern kitchen and living room area, to the swimming pool out back, all put to the test by the star of the show, Aston, who nailed the role.

#4. Epic Edit by Mikolaj Kantor

Between the music and the pacing of the video tour, Mikolaj Kantor’s Epic Edit is just fun to watch as it flows from space to space, amping up the luxury feel of this home as it flows indoors and out, zooming in on living room details, then switching to jaw-dropping outdoor views.

Take it all in.

#5. Dancing with the Stars by Paige Steckling and Kayla Rae Morrow

Okay, so Paige Steckling and Kayla Rae Morrow aren’t actually on DWTS, but this trendjacking post is more fun to watch, anyway. I dare you to watch and disagree.

#6. A Milli by Zarina Marquez

Zarina Marquez set up Lil Wayne’s audio for this one with her opening hook. From there, “A Milli” takes over as the video highlights the best outdoor and indoor views, wrapping up with Marquez’s CTA. Like Kantor’s Epic Edit, the audio provides the perfect mood and pacing for the space and makes the video fun to watch.

So, which one was your favorite?
