Yesterday, the 2025 BAMMYs proved again why this event has become the most unpredictable and entertaining event in real estate.
Hosted by Byron Lazine, The Broke Agent, and Matt Lionetti, the show kicked off with Alyssa Curnutt breaking down her hyperlocal holiday strategy and how creators can win heading into 2026. That set the tone for a program built on creativity, community, and a whole lot of (healthy) competition.
The BAMMYs are still the only awards where winners are chosen live by the people who actually make the content community what it is. No closed-door committees. No politics. Every category is decided in real time by the audience watching the stream.
This year’s show delivered everything we hoped for and then some. The comments section was chaos, the finalists brought their best work, and the votes came down to razor-thin margins in multiple categories. One even required a re-vote to break the tie.
Now, it’s time to celebrate the creators who walked away with the big wins. Here are your BAMMYs 2025 winners, presented by BAMx, Mosaik, and Zillow Showcase.
