“Why?” you ask. “What could possibly be happening the day before Labor Day weekend that is so critical to the life of Eric Simon?”

Well, I’ll tell you.

Alyssa Curnutt, aka the queen of hyperlocal content aka the person we have mentioned on basically every marketing podcast and blog we’ve ever done, has officially joined the BAM team as a BAM Creator!

Speaker in black polo and khaki pants points to a large screen showing social-media-style profile cards and the banner text 'FOR INSPIRATION' behind him.

I could not be more excited about it.

Who Is Alyssa Curnutt?

In case you live under 500 rocks and don’t know who Alyssa is, she’s a real estate agent in Spokane, Washington, who helped pioneer the hyperlocal content strategy that has become so popular in the real estate industry.

A few years ago, Alyssa was trying to figure out what to post like pretty much every real estate agent on Instagram.

Then she stopped trying to make “real estate content” and started making content about the place where she actually lived and sold real estate.

Restaurants. New businesses. Local news. Things to do. What people in her market actually cared about whether they were in the market to buy a house or not.

That shift to hyperlocal changed everything. Her account exploded, her business followed, and she became the person people in her market looked to for what was happening in Spokane.

But the most important part of Alyssa’s strategy is that she doesn’t just make “Spokane content.”

She filters every post through one very specific target demographic: moms in Spokane with kids between the ages of 2 and 14.

That niche influences everything she posts.

Instead of “5 Things to Do in Spokane This Weekend,” it might be “5 Things to Do With Your Kids in Spokane This Weekend.”

That specificity is what separates her content from the thousands of agents posting generic lists of restaurants and “things to do” in their city.

Since deploying this strategy, her account and real estate business have skyrocketed, and she has closed more than 50 deals from Instagram alone.

There’s a reason we’ve been using Alyssa as an example for agents for years.

Now, instead of just talking about her all the time, we actually get to work with her.

What Is Alyssa Going to Do With BAM?

Alyssa will be creating agent-facing content for @nowbam, breaking down the strategies she is actually using in her own business so other agents can learn from them and apply them in their own markets.

She’ll be covering all things IG and email marketing: how to build a local audience and convert that audience into business, plus everything else she does so well.

The goal isn’t for agents to copy exactly what or how Alyssa posts.

It’s to understand the strategy behind what she does, then figure out what their version of it looks like in their market.

Alyssa + our BAMx Community

Alyssa is also going to have a major presence inside BAMx.

First, there’s the Hyperlocal Blueprint, her video training series that breaks down exactly how to build your version of what Alyssa has done in Spokane.

It covers how to find your niche, figure out what your audience actually cares about, find hyperlocal stories and content ideas, create the content, and ultimately turn that local attention into real estate business.

BAMx members also get access to HyperlocalAI, our exclusive AI tool built around Alyssa’s strategy and voice.

HyperlocalAI helps agents come up with hyperlocal content ideas, find stories worth talking about in their market, and turn those ideas into scripts they can actually post.

Then there’s the Hyperlocal Content Lab.

So you’re not just getting the blueprint of what Alyssa does.

You’re getting the training to learn it, the AI to help you execute it, and live access to Alyssa to help you build your own version.

If you want to be on those calls and get immediate access to the Hyperlocal Blueprint and HyperlocalAI, start your free trial of BAMx.

Welcome to BAM, Alyssa

We’ve spent years pointing to what Alyssa is doing and telling agents, “You should be paying attention to this.”

Now she’s officially part of the team and is going to help us teach it.

We are so excited to have Alyssa as a BAM Creator and can’t wait to see what she creates, what our BAMx members build with her, and where this goes.

Welcome to BAM, Alyssa.
