This week on The Real Word, Byron Lazine and Nicole White start the show with a review of last night’s BAM vs. Barstool Sports debate, which makes us question whether the folks at the Kirk Minihane Show—particularly Dave Cullinane—actually know how a debate works.

Kirk Minihane later acknowledged that Byron won the debate with a first-round knockout punch that Dave never recovered from (though he did try by yelling a lot).

All in all, it was a frustrating experience for BAMmers, and one we’d like to put behind us.

The next topic covered an open letter to mortgage brokers—which is actually an open video—by BAM Creator Matt Lionetti. For topic #3, Byron and Nicole discussed a Gen Zer who became a real estate investor and what it took to become one, making her the polar opposite of Bare Minimum Monday-ers.
