Byron Lazine of BAM and Dave Cullinane, producer of Barstool Sports’ Kirk Minihane Show will engage in a real estate debate on Monday, May 15th, at 7 pm Eastern Time.
Byron extended the invitation after Dave declared he would “trample on” The Real Word and its hosts, Byron Lazine and Nicole White, if he (Dave) were to ever create a successful real estate podcast of his own—which he has not.
Having seen Byron in action with two previous live debates—one with Ricky Carruth and one with real estate appraiser, Mark “Skap” Skapinetz—we’re not worried. It’s like he was born for stuff like this. And we love to see it.

The Twitter Minifan response has been mixed
The Broke Agent shared a clip of Dave’s rant and Byron’s response on Twitter on Tuesday, May 9th, and legions of Minifans responded—some of them in Cullinane’s defense. Quite a few were not. And many, admittedly, were a bit harsh.
