In a recent episode of the Kirk Minihane Show, Dave Cullinane expressed his desire to “take down” The Real Word and its hosts, Byron Lazine and Nicole White, boasting that he would “crush” them if he were to ever start a real estate podcast of his own.
Byron invited him to a BAM vs. Barstool Sports debate, and Dave accepted.
The debate will take place on Monday, May 15th at 7 pm ET on BAM’s YouTube channel.

Byron extended the invitation after Dave declared he would “trample on” The Real Word and its hosts, Byron Lazine and Nicole White, if he (Dave) were to ever create a successful real estate podcast of his own—which he has not.

The Twitter Minifan response has been mixed

The Broke Agent shared a clip of Dave’s rant and Byron’s response on Twitter on Tuesday, May 9th, and legions of Minifans responded—some of them in Cullinane’s defense. Quite a few were not. And many, admittedly, were a bit harsh.
