This week on The Real Word, Byron Lazine and Nicole White start the conversation with a BAM article on the “Construction Crisis: The U.S. Needs 4.3 Million More Homes.”

Next, they react to a Ryan Serhant video where he recounts a meal with a his first billionaire client to illustrate his point that “Billionaires act differently.” They also show a second clip by Sebastian Maniscalco showing what billionaires (and most people) want to avoid.

That led to a discussion on the importance of respecting your client’s time. Because meals with clients and prospects are more about the conversation than the food.

Finally, Byron and Nicole react to a a TikTok with advice from billion dollar agents. While most of their tips center on building knowledge, the second one advises the audience to “Be authentic. That’s what they want.”

Stay to the end to hear Byron and Nicole discuss the word “authenticity” and how people often use (or misuse) it. Head on over to YouTube to comment on whether you agree with Byron’s take (which is not to be missed).
