This week on The Massive Agent Podcast, we’re talking about five new Instagram changes you need to be aware of as a Realtor. Instagram functions very differently from last year—or even six months ago.

What you need to do to thrive and grow on Instagram has changed. And not knowing that will definitely hamper your efforts at building your brand and making connections on the platform.

So, on this episode, we’re talking about what you should be doing right now on Instagram going into the middle of 2023 to grow and to get clients. I’ll be summarizing some of the biggest changes that I think you need to know to get real traction on the platform.

One thing you need to know is that the rules on frequency of posting are different for those new to Instagram and those who already have a ton of content out there. I’ll talk more about that, including a story about what happened when I took a break from posting on Instagram.

Stay to the end to find out what types of content you should be focusing on—and why neglecting your Stories could make your content invisible to the people you’re trying to reach.
