Who is Tom Toole?
Tom runs the number one RE/MAX team in Pennsylvania since 2018 and a top 10 RE/MAX team in the U.S. with 500 sales and $212 million in 2022 alone. He’s a keynote speaker, a radio host, a podcaster, a hot-take machine, a father, a loyal friend, an asshole, a terrible sports bettor, and one of the most fun people to be around in the entire real estate industry.
I met Tom Toole at a Tom Ferry conference in 2019. To tell you the truth, I didn’t know if he was a teenager or in his 40s, but what I did know is that I liked the guy. He immediately made fun of my pants, called me names not fit for this blog, and meticulously critiqued every word that came out of my mouth.
After the conference, we exchanged numbers and became “texting buddies.” In fact, I communicate with him more than I do my own parents. I’m actually thinking about blocking his number because it’s ruining my life.
Over the next four years, I really got to know Tom. I witnessed him speak at BoomTown Unite, sat alongside him on a bunch of podcasts, and watched his content go from horizontal selfies on the Peloton to some of the most high-quality, educational videos in the real estate game. The guy is a machine and one of the most knowledgeable, entertaining thought leaders in this industry.
