Did you know the latest ChatGPT update allows you to create scroll-stopping, AI-generated images of popular local landmarks in styles like Minecraft and Studio Ghibli?

And as BAM video lead Bobby Kawecki points out, you can do this under five minutes—no design skills needed.

This is not something a lot of agents are doing right now, so leveraging this AI-powered content hack will help you stand out on any platform. From there, it’s up to you to consistently deliver value to the people whose attention you want.

That said, the better your prompts, the better your results, which can save you hours of time crafting click-worthy content for your audience.

The Prompts

Use the script below to create AI cartoon images of your market:

“Give me five of the most recognizable landmarks in Savannah, Georgia.”

Here’s the list ChatGPT provided, along with details for each:

  1. Forsyth Park Fountain
  2. River Street
  3. Bonaventure Cemetery
  4. The Cathedral of St. John the Baptist
  5. Wormsloe Historic Site

At this point, you’ll need the persona script, which BAMx users can download any time from the AI Prompt library as a PDF. With ChatGPT Plus, you can simply attach that PDF in your prompt field and add the following request:

“Use the attached PDF as your persona for the remainder of this thread.”

After ChatGPT has acknowledged the PDF, you can take it to the next step by picking one of your landmarks and using a prompt like this one:

“Generate an image of Forsyth Park Fountain in the style of Minecraft.”

*** Note: If you’re using the free version of ChatGPT, you can still open the PDF and copy-paste the content into the prompt field. Then modify your prompt to say, “Use the following script as your persona for the remainder of this thread.”

Considering how popular the Minecraft movie is at the moment, this is a great way to trendjack and get more eyes on your content.

As Bobby demonstrates in the BAMx explainer video, you can also ask ChatGPT to create a one-to-one image reproduction in your chosen style, simply by uploading an image and asking Chat, “Create an image like this one but in the style of Minecraft.”

It might take a bit longer with the free version, but it can be done! I know this because I tried. And when it took a bit, I asked ChatGPT a question:

Side note: If the Minecraft image style isn’t doing anything for you, try something else. Bobby asks Chat to “render the same image in the style of Studio Ghibli,” and the AI generates exactly that in seconds.

If you’re making a slider/carousel post with popular landmarks for your city, use the final prompt to create a Minecraft-styled image for the cover slide:

“Now, make me a 4:5 aspect ratio image in the style of Minecraft that is an aerial shot of [your city]. And have a banner in Minecraft font that says, “Welcome to [your city].”

Example: Kyle Talbot’s Minecraft Kansas City

Kansas City Realtor Kyle Talbot used the same approach in a recent swiper post for his city. The caption asks the viewer, “Ever wondered what Kansas City would look like… in Minecraft?”

Wonder no more.

In eight slides, Talbot shares images of popular KC landmarks like the Chiefs, Royals and CPKC stadiums, the KC streetcar, the WWII Museum, Country Club Plaza, and the Berkley Waterfront—all in the blocky Minecraft style, thanks to a little help from ChatGPT.

Ready to treat your audience to a cartoon version of your favorite spots in town—or the places that draw the most attention? Try these prompts with your own city name, using images online or asking ChatGPT to create stylized images of landmarks you name in your prompt.

It does seem a lot faster, though, when you start with actual images rather than verbal descriptions.

You can also try different cartoon or illustration styles. If you have a pile of Where’s Waldo books somewhere in your living room (or your attic), try asking ChatGPT to create images in the style used in those books, with a Waldo hiding somewhere.
