Paige Steckling isn’t competing on Dancing With the Stars, but her latest listing video makes you wonder if she should at least get a cameo.

The post opens like a DWTS intro.

“Presenting 6447 Sunrise Drive, with her partner Kayla Marrow, it’s Paige Steckling!”

Then the music kicks in, the camera sweeps through the home, and the whole thing plays like a ballroom-ready reveal.

She even leans into the joke in her caption:

“Seeing if we have any hidden talents so we don’t have to sell any more houses. We don’t, and you’ll probably never see us on DWTS, but lucky for you we do have some good houses to sell.”

How the DWTS Trendjack Sells the Home

The video itself is fast, glossy, and confident. The background track sets a clean rhythm for the slideshow, and Paige anchors it with enough personality to keep viewers watching.

A few seconds in, the listing hooks you all on its own. The kitchen shows off its custom finishes. The outdoor shots, timed with the beat, make the property feel like a full lifestyle package. And the bathroom…is everything.

She doesn’t bury the headline, either. The caption spells out the biggest highlights so viewers can quickly see why the DWTS spin fits the moment.

“This one really is the crème de la crème, sitting on a .62 acre lot in Highland with a sauna, gym, movie theatre, two kitchen islands, a hidden pantry, and a bonus pantry for overflow.”

The call to action is simple: comment “DWTS” and she’ll send the full property website to your inbox.

Clean, smart, and built for engagement.

What Agents Can Steal From This Trendjack

You don’t need to waltz (or shuffle, tango, etc.) through a listing to borrow the strategy here. Paige shows how a lighthearted trendjack can boost reach without distracting from the home.

Pick a recognizable format, keep it fun, then anchor everything in the property’s best features.

A few takeaways stand out:

  • Use a pop-culture hook to stop the scroll. A familiar intro or audio track buys you those first three seconds of attention.
  • Let the property do the heavy lifting. Quick cuts, strong lighting, and lifestyle-driven shots help the home stand out even when the theme is playful.
  • Spell out the marquee features in the caption. Viewers who watch for the entertainment still get the details they need to click through.
  • Close with an easy call to action. A simple keyword prompt, like Paige’s “DWTS,” is friction-free and converts well.

Trendjacking doesn’t need to be over the top. Done right, it gives your listing a fresh angle and keeps your brand top of mind the next time a client opens Instagram.
