The next leap in AI for real estate just went live.

At RISE 2025 in Orlando, The Real Brokerage Inc. (NASDAQ: REAX) announced a major update to Leo CoPilot.

This latest evolution transforms Leo into a voice-first, context-aware intelligence designed to help more than 30,000 Real agents get instant answers to compliance, marketing, and operational questions by simply speaking.

First launched in 2023, Leo CoPilot made headlines as the first brokerage-integrated AI assistant for real estate professionals.

Now, with real-time voice capabilities, deeper broker logic, and emotional intelligence, Real has pushed the technology far beyond traditional chatbots.

From Tamir Poleg, Chairman and CEO of Real:

“Because Leo is built natively inside our proprietary end-to-end transaction platform, we’re able to deliver AI insights in a way no other brokerage can. That gives us the power to innovate faster, adapt more precisely to agent needs and deliver more value to both agents and their clients. These innovations provide agents with on-demand, voice-enabled guidance—ranging from compliance matters to quick, in-the-moment questions between showings. It’s a game-changer for productivity and support.”

Voice, Context, and Compliance in Real Time

With this rollout, agents can now interact naturally with Leo, by voice or text, to complete tasks, get support, or access compliance and operations guidance anywhere, anytime.

The newest generation of Leo delivers:

  • Voice mode across the platform, allowing hands-free use.
  • Context-aware responses that reflect local compliance, platform logic, and Real’s most current documentation.
  • Proactive learning, trained on anonymized agent questions and refined with broker input.
  • Emotional intelligence that detects frustration or uncertainty and escalates to a human broker when needed.

Pritesh Damani, Chief Technology Officer at Real, explained it this way:

“Leo isn’t just a tool; it’s an evolving intelligence that grows with our agents. By combining voice, compliance logic and real-time operational knowledge, Leo helps agents make better decisions faster.

“Whether they’re in the car, in a client meeting or preparing a transaction, Leo adapts to how agents work so they are empowered to focus on delivering value to clients.”

Built on Real’s proprietary reZEN platform, the new Leo update is powered by tens of thousands of anonymized support and compliance questions, allowing it to deliver validated, real-world responses.

Real says this deep integration gives agents access to secure, personalized, and market-aware insights that no bolt-on AI tool can match.

HeyLeo Extends AI Innovation to Consumers

At the same event, Real also launched HeyLeo, an AI-powered, voice-interactive concierge for homebuyers.

Built on the same reZEN platform, HeyLeo represents Real’s first consumer search product, and one of the first conversational home search experiences in real estate.

The beta version is live now at HeyLeo.com, available across key markets in 20 states.

HeyLeo uses natural language and contextual intelligence to help consumers find homes that match their lifestyle, not just their budget. Buyers can ask questions like “Is the school district important?” or “Does this home have a pool?” and get tailored results that surface what actually matters most to them.

It can even connect users to Real agents or One Real Mortgage for pre-approval.

For agents, HeyLeo offers personalized URLs, voice cloning, and branded profiles, plus the ability to monitor conversations or step in at any time.

According to Damani,

“HeyLeo is not only built on a powerful data backbone, it’s fully integrated into reZEN, giving agents full visibility and a personal AI concierge that works 24/7 on their behalf.”

Why Voice AI Could Reshape How Agents Connect with Clients

While both Leo and HeyLeo are proprietary to Real, the technology points to a larger shift in how consumers will search for homes and interact with agents.

The rise of conversational, voice-first tools means buyers will soon expect real-time, intuitive communication at every stage of their journey.

For agents outside the Real ecosystem, this is the direction the industry is heading. As buyers grow accustomed to AI interfaces like ChatGPT and Alexa, conversational search will set new expectations for personalization and speed.

Voice-enabled AI won’t replace agents, but it will change how relationships start and evolve.

Tools like HeyLeo show how AI can handle early discovery and routine questions, leaving more time for agents to focus on strategy, negotiation, and emotional intelligence: the human side of the transaction that can’t be replicated by a bot.
