Today, The Pozek Group, Orlando’s top-performing team, announced it has rejoined The Real Brokerage. The 31-agent team, led by industry veteran Ken Pozek, is on track to close $400 million this year, which will bring its total home sales volume to nearly $1 billion in three years.

The move reflects more than a reunion. It highlights a growing shift among high-performing teams looking for scalable growth platforms that combine modern tech, flexible business models, and the freedom to build personal brands.

A Media-Driven Team with Massive Reach

Founded in 2016, The Pozek Group built its success on deep market expertise and a media-first mindset. From YouTube and Instagram to local partnerships, the team’s hyperlocal storytelling-driven approach turned listings into content and clients into a community.

Today, their reach extends to hundreds of thousands of followers and millions of views across platforms. They also serve as the official real estate partner of the Orlando Magic, adding major brand credibility to their name.

That kind of local and digital dominance doesn’t happen by accident.

Pozek started in real estate in 2003 as an investor and appraiser. Over two decades later, he has built one of the most recognized real estate brands in Central Florida, one that merges modern media with classic relationship-based business.

After exploring multiple growth options, including launching an independent brokerage, Pozek said Real offered the best platform for his team’s next chapter. In his words:

“We have a unique opportunity to build something meaningful with Real. The revenue share and equity incentives are powerful tools, but what really stands out are the collaboration and coaching built into the platform. I’m excited to give my agents access to a network and training environment that supports their growth, both independently and as part of our team.”

That combination of financial incentives, professional development, and collaboration has become a key differentiator for Real. The company’s model emphasizes shared success, allowing agents to earn revenue share and equity while tapping into a growing community of more than 30,000 professionals across all 50 U.S. states and Canada.

Real’s Growth Strategy Continues to Pay Off

For Real’s leadership, The Pozek Group’s return reinforces the company’s momentum and growing appeal among high-producing teams. As Chairman and CEO Tamir Poleg put it:

“This is a major win. Ken is one of the most respected and forward-thinking leaders in the industry. His return reflects the strength of our model, the momentum we’ve built, and the value we deliver for high-performing teams who want to grow with the right partner.”
