Key Details:

  • Real Brokerage’s new Real Wallet Capital offers same-day access to credit, flexible repayment options, and performance-based underwriting for agents.
  • Launched in 28 states plus D.C., the fintech platform builds on Real Wallet’s 4,000 active users and represents the first embedded lending solution in residential real estate.

Today, Real Brokerage announced the launch of Real Wallet Capital, a first-of-its-kind embedded lending solution designed to give agents instant, flexible access to working capital.

The news marks a significant leap in how real estate brokerages are rethinking financial tools for agents.

A First in Residential Brokerage

Real Wallet Capital lives inside Real’s proprietary platform, reZEN, giving agents the ability to view eligibility, sign loan agreements, and draw funds directly from their Real Wallet. The system uses continuous underwriting based on each agent’s historical earnings, pending transactions, and projected future income.

The goal is simple but powerful: remove the friction from traditional financing and make it easier for agents to invest in their businesses when opportunities arise.

Tamir Poleg, Chairman and CEO of Real Brokerage, put it this way:

“We believe Capital brings embedded finance to the real estate industry for the first time, giving eligible agents same-day access to the funds they need when they need them, without the headaches of traditional lending. It’s a transformative leap toward building the leading financial platform in real estate.”

How Real Wallet Capital Works

According to the company, the new product offers several standout features:

  • Embedded access: Agents can manage the entire lending process from within the Real Wallet interface.
  • Same-day transfers: Funds are typically delivered to an agent’s account the same business day.
  • Performance-based underwriting: Credit limits are dynamically adjusted based on past performance and current pipeline.
  • Flexible repayment: Small monthly servicing payments are combined with automatic deductions from commissions and revenue-share earnings.

Dominic Parikh, General Manager of Real Wallet, said the design gives agents “confidence, control, and speed,” describing it as a tool that eliminates bank delays and makes business funding seamless.

Expanding the Real Wallet Ecosystem

Real Wallet Capital builds on the company’s broader push to merge fintech and real estate operations.

Introduced just one year ago, Real Wallet already has more than 4,000 active users. It combines business banking, tax-saving tools, and now, integrated lending, all in one platform.

Real says the launch of Capital brings them closer to creating what CTO Pritesh Damani called “the financial engine for the modern agent.”

“With Capital, we’re not just offering lending—we’re redefining what financial services look like in real estate,” Damani said. “By embedding fintech directly into reZEN, we’re giving agents powerful, real-time tools to manage their business and unlock new levels of growth.”

At launch, Real Wallet Capital is available in 28 states and the District of Columbia, with plans to expand nationwide in the coming months.

Early Agent Reactions

Early feedback from Real agents underscores how much the platform could change the day-to-day flow of their business.

Clint Peters from Decatur, Alabama, said the process was quick and painless.

“It took me two minutes to complete the Real Wallet Capital loan process and only three hours before I had the money in my Real Checking Account.”

In Colorado, Jess Munsterman described how the program allowed her team to move quickly in a competitive market.

“We were in between closings and needed financing to invest in a hot market. With Real Wallet Capital we got a loan super fast, and that allowed us to strike while the iron was hot.”

And from Dallas, Omega Mejia shared how the new access to capital helps with marketing listings and maintaining liquidity.

“I’ve used it to market my listings, then paid it back as soon as the deal closed, which means I keep more cash on hand to invest in other parts of my business.”

Why It Matters

Real’s foray into embedded lending signals a growing shift in how brokerages are using technology to solve agents’ biggest financial pain points.

By blending banking, lending, and brokerage operations in one digital ecosystem, Real is positioning itself as both a technology company and a financial platform built around the agent experience.

If you’re watching where the industry is headed, keep an eye on how embedded finance tools like this evolve:

  • Assess your own systems and cash flow strategies.
  • Look for opportunities to automate the parts of your business that slow you down.
  • Explore fintech partnerships that make you more agile in how you manage money and invest in growth.

In an industry where timing is everything, faster access to capital can be the difference between catching an opportunity and watching it pass you by.
