Real RISE 2024 kicks off today, October 22nd, with some exciting new developments in AI and fintech for real estate agents who’ve joined (or will join) the brokerage.
Last Friday, October 18, Real President Sharran Srivatsaa gave the closing presentation at our own in-person event, BAM Mania. Four days later, he was on the Real RISE stage in Vegas to launch Real Wallet and to announce enhancements to Leo, Real’s AI-powered 24/7 concierge, and the 2025 launch of Leo for Clients.

Highlights from Real RISE 2024
This year, Real Brokerage is hosting its third annual RISE conference—a three-day event with more than 50 agent-led sessions focused on productivity, building connections, and leveraging Real’s AI-powered tools.
One of the biggest announcements involves enhancements to Leo, Real’s 24/7 personal AI concierge. The newest features will transform how agents operate and interact with clients, as you’ll see further below.
This kind of tech enhancement is what you get when you mix leading-edge AI technology with people who genuinely care about the experiences of both agents and clients.
By now, Real has earned a reputation for leveraging AI to improve both.
Real RISE will also launch Real Wallet—a new, leading-edge financial platform tied to agent commission income and revenue share—providing agents with greater flexibility and financial control.
As far as speakers go, one of the keynotes is Dandapani, a former monk, whose presentation will focus on how to “Master Your Mind, Master Your Life.” In the tactical arena, Real President Sharran Srivatsaa will lead a training session on expanding referral pipelines to foster long-term business growth through leveraging agent networks
Other sessions will cover essential skills to help agents thrive in the shifting real estate market, including branding, lead generation and wealth-building.
Finally, the conference will feature Real’s inaugural Agent Brand Awards and networking opportunities with Real sponsors like Sierra Interactive and Curaytor.
Leo CoPilot
Leo CoPilot launched in summer 2023. Since then, it’s handled more than 180,000 context-specific inquiries from agents, reducing reliance on support teams. CoPilot now serves as a command center for Real agents and integrates fully with Real’s reZEN platform.

Leo CoPilot integrates with Real Academy to provide agents with on-demand access to Real’s full training catalog. Leo can even pinpoint key moments in recorded sessions to deliver relevant insights.
It also automatically scans documents for errors, providing real-time feedback before sending those documents to brokers, thereby minimizing back-and-forth communication (for clarification) and helping to streamline transactions.
At the end of each transaction, agents can receive a detailed breakdown of their payout, with just one click, before it lands in their account.

- Open House Information: Leo will provide instant access to open house details.
- Tour Scheduling: Clients can schedule property tours on demand via text message.
- Mortgage Application: Leo for Clients will assist with initiating mortgage applications directly through text messages.

- Real-Time Insights—providing real-time visibility into agents’ professional net worth.
As intended, Real Wallet assists agents in gaining full control of their business growth through increased financial freedom.
