Christmas is still a few months away, but it’s never too early to invest in your real estate business. And when it comes to your marketing content, a good camera is a must-have.

If you have somebody in your life who is helping you jumpstart your real estate marketing career, consider allocating some of the funds they’ve invested in your success toward a camera that will go the distance for you.

There are three cameras I highly encourage you to explore before you start making content.

#1: Insta360 X4

The Insta360 X4 is their latest version of a 360 camera. I’ve talked about it before

It’s really easy to use, it’s the size of a pill, and truthfully, the amount of content you can capture with that one camera is fully worth the investment.

#2: DJI Osmo Pocket 3

The DJI Osmo Pocket 3 is a nifty little camera that comes with its own gimbal. It can fit into your pocket, and it’s the sort of device that doesn’t attract too much attention when you’re walking through a house—

This is another good one to keep in the toolbelt.

#3: The Phone in Your Pocket

This is the best time-tested camera money can buy. If you are showing buyers a house, previewing a listing, going on an appointment, or doing work behind a desk, your cell phone camera will eclipse anything else I can recommend to you.

At the end of the day, getting the shot is way better than not having any shot at all.

So, I’m curious. What camera are you using in your real estate business? Let me know, and if you found this article helpful, share it with someone you know.
