One of the best ways to create organic leads in 2024 is with a lead magnet.

And one of the best lead magnets is a black book of vendors.

A lead magnet is simple. You’re giving out information or value in exchange for somebody’s contact information.

What we’ve created is a list of our preferred vendors to share with people in exchange for their contact information:

  • Painters
  • Handymen
  • Contractors
  • Gardeners/Landscapers
  • Plumbers
  • Pest control

We use the platform  Mosaik to capture their information and stay in front of them. But you could use something as simple as a Google Doc or an Excel spreadsheet to share this information.

Simply put, give people the vendors you’re using because they’re already asking for them. And they want someone they can trust.

If you can save them time and money by directing them to local professionals who have earned your trust, you automatically stand out. And if they have a good experience with one of the professionals on your list, your real estate brand benefits by association.

By the way, don’t forget to let these vendors know you’re including them in the list you share with potential clients. They’re more likely to return the favor and drop your name to people they know who are thinking about buying or selling.

Let me know if you apply this to your business and how many leads it creates for you in 2024.
