Six months after his multi-million dollar estate was raided by Homeland Security agents, Sean “Diddy” Combs has put it on the market for $61.5 million—$20.5M more than the $39M paid for it in 2014.

Located in the exclusive Holmby Hills neighborhood in Beverly Hills, CA, the Combs residence is described on Zillow as one of the area’s “most spectacular and beautiful estates.”

According to Realtor.com, Combs has said he’s hoping the March 25 raids by the Feds, conducted as part of a reported sex trafficking investigation, won’t negatively impact the resale value of the property—which, to be fair, has plenty to recommend it.

Read on for the highlights.

The March 25 Raids

Few details on the nature of the Homeland Security raids on March 25 have been shared, though multiple sources have linked them to an ongoing sex trafficking investigation. And while Combs has not been arrested or charged, two insiders told NBC News investigators are planning to present evidence against Combs to a grand jury in the southern district of New York.

Federal agents conducted thorough searches of both properties owned by Combs—the L.A. property described here as well as his Miami home. According to some sources, the raids resulted in “significant property damage.” Investigators removed multiple electronics and opened safes they found in both properties.

The Miami mansion, located on the exclusive Star Island and previously owned by Gloria and Emilio Estefan, cost Combs $35 million when he bought it in 2021.

According to earlier reports, the rapper planned to sell the Beverly Hills property back in July 2024, less than four months after the March raids, along with his Miami home.
