Most agents are stuck chasing short-term leads on Instagram and TikTok, while the highest-quality leads are waiting on YouTube

The difference? AI can now do most of the heavy lifting to get you there.

At BAM Camp, BAM Head of Video Bobby Kawecki walked agents through what he calls the content flywheel, a framework powered by AI to help agents outthink, out-create, and outreach the competition.

The goal is simple: build an AI x YouTube automation that works around the clock while you focus on selling homes.

Outthink: Smarter Research with AI

Agents know they should be on YouTube, but most stall at the starting line.

The challenge isn’t a lack of motivation; it’s the time it takes to find video ideas that stand out. Bobby’s answer is automation.

Using a tool called Make.com, agents can set up an RSS feed to pull in local news on everything from housing developments to restaurant openings. That content gets analyzed and summarized by AI, which then generates:

  • Video concepts
  • Titles
  • Hooks
  • A video outline
  • Thumbnail and title suggestions

Instead of guessing at what to film, agents can wake up each morning with a list of ready-to-go ideas tied directly to their local market.

The benefit is obvious: you’re not competing with cookie-cutter “top staging tips” videos. You’re publishing fresh, hyperlocal content that signals authority in your community.

Out-Create: Faster Video Editing with AI

Even when agents have good ideas, editing is often the bottleneck. Shooting, uploading, waiting on edits, sending revisions… it’s enough to keep many from hitting record in the first place. Bobby pointed to Descript as the solution.

Descript works like a Google Doc for video. Highlight what you want to cut, hit delete, and the edit is done. It also comes loaded with AI-powered features:

  • Auto-removing filler words
  • Cleaning up audio
  • Fixing eye contact
  • Generating short clips for YouTube Shorts or Instagram

For agents who get hung up on perfection or don’t have time to learn Premiere Pro, this is a game-changer. As Bobby put it,

“If you know how to edit a Google Doc, you can now edit a video.”

The barrier to consistent posting is no longer technical skill; it’s simply pressing record.

Out-Reach: Smarter Follow-Up with AI

The last piece of the flywheel tackles what happens after someone watches your video. Most agents rely on a generic “Call me if you need help” CTA. Bobby showed a smarter way.

By combining Make.com with Twilio and Poppy AI, agents can set up automations that turn viewers into leads and leads into conversations.

For example, end a video with an offer for a local restaurant guide. When someone opts in, they instantly receive the guide by text along with access to an AI concierge trained on your voice and expertise.

This system keeps working after hours. As Bobby explained,

“Whether it’s two in the afternoon or two in the morning, if somebody wants to know what Bobby thinks about the best place on Long Island to get pizza, they can type it into your Poppy AI.”

And if the AI detects a buying or selling signal, it flags you to follow up directly.

The result is 24/7 engagement without losing the personal touch. You stay top of mind while your audience feels like they’re getting access to you, not a bot.

The Bottom Line

The content flywheel is about more than shiny tools. It’s about thinking smarter, creating faster, and extending your reach in ways that compound over time.

For agents, the opportunity is wide open. Most of your competition isn’t consistent on YouTube, and even fewer are pairing it with AI-powered follow-up.

The key is not to get overwhelmed. Pick one small step to try this week.

  • Set up an RSS feed for local news stories.
  • Test Descript on your next listing video.
  • Add a simple opt-in offer to your next YouTube upload.

BAMx members can catch the full replay of Bobby’s BAM Camp presentation, but the playbook is already in your hands. Start now, and you’ll be miles ahead of the agents still waiting to figure out YouTube.
