2. The Post-Appointment Follow-Up Video
Didn’t get the listing or buyer agreement signed? This is your follow-up move.
Record a quick video and send it via text as soon as you can, ideally within the hour or by the time you get to your next stop. Use your CRM (like Follow Up Boss) if it allows video texting and tracking. You’ll not only know if they watched it, you’ll be front and center while they’re still deciding.

“Hey [Client Name], thanks again for the opportunity to meet today and talk about helping with your real estate needs.

Be sure to set clear expectations at the appointment about when you’ll follow up—and then do it. This kind of consistency builds trust and shows you’re serious about earning the business.
