What makes a listing video unforgettable?

Think about it. Not all listing videos are created equal—some make you laugh, others make you misty-eyed, and a few make you wonder, “Why didn’t I think of that?”

This year’s top listing videos do all of the above, raising the bar for creativity and storytelling in real estate marketing. Whether you missed the BAMMYs or just want fresh inspiration, these seven videos will leave you rethinking your strategy for 2025.

7 Top Listing Videos for 2024

If you attended this year’s BAMMYs event, many of the listing videos included here will be familiar. But there’s a reason they were the top contenders for this category. Since then, we’ve rounded up a few more worth taking some time out to enjoy and share with your fellow real estate agents.

Don’t get too angry with us if the inspiration in these posts makes you rethink your listing video strategy for 2025.

#1. Benni

We’ll start with the BAMMYs winner for the listing video category, “Benni,” by Matt Lionetti and Anna Oliver. If the goal for your next listing video is to tug at your viewers’ heartstrings, we dare you to out-tug this one.

#2: John Wick

Shane Burgman becomes favorite hero John Wick in this adrenaline-fueled listing video showcasing the home’s best features while Burgman expertly dodges enemy fire.

#3: Dry Listing

If you could channel the energy of Wednesday Addams in a listing video, you’d have this reel by Kaitlin Hannig, whose deadpan delivery of insults is, as my kids would say, “a whole mood.”

#4: Don’t Ever Grow Up

Stephanie & the Cole Team put together a heartwarming video with her kids playing together to show off a gorgeous family-friendly home while Taylor Swift sings “Don’t Ever Grow Up” in the background.

#5: Dreams

Looking for a residence with two master bedroom suites on the main floor? Jordan Hosey of HBH Realty (Birmingham, AL), highlights the best features of their listing as “Dreams” plays in the background—tying the home’s design to the dream of owning a luxury home with over-the-top features like dual master suites, a chef’s kitchen, and an outdoor living space.

#6: It’s Home Calling

Brad McCallum gets a phone call in the middle of a listing presentation, only to turn it over to the viewer with the words, “It’s for you.” That intro kicks off a stream of stunning images of the property’s modern interior and facade, with McCallum highlighting other selling points during the tour before introducing the viewer to the person they’ll want to contact for more information.

#7:  “Forget everything you thought you wanted for Christmas”

That’s what Utah Realtor Paige Steckling says as she tosses her armload of wrapped presents off to both sides. The music at the start comes from one of my favorite holiday movies (“The Holiday”) but quickly transitions to APT by Rosé and Bruno Mars. The audio, combined with the drool-worthy visuals, makes this an easy one to watch on repeat.
