This week on The Real Word, Byron Lazine and Nicole White kick things off with a review of a BAM article on Byron’s NBC segment, which addressed the “Sunday Scaries” and shared Byron’s response to the “Bare Minimum Monday” trend.

We do wish they would have included more of his original 15-minute interview—but at least the quotes included were classic Byron: clear, honest, and right to the point.

So, even if NBC decided to pile on the justifications for Bare Minimum Mondays, Byron still gave viewers something to think about.

Next up is the NAR monthly membership report, which shows notable drops in membership across the country.

Then Byron and Nicole react to three different YouTube Shorts:

  1. Is it worth getting your real estate license in 2023?” (by Stefanie Kebede)
  2. Commercial broker’s advice to young people” (by School of Hard Knocks)
  3. Handling your emotions can make you rich.” (by Graham Stephan)
