This week, we’re calling out what could be the most viral real estate post of 2026.

Minnesota real estate agent Bryan Clapper created the original carousel post, with the first slide showing a real estate ad placed at eye-level next to pregnancy tests on a store shelf.

“Uh-oh, looks like you need another bedroom.”

Bryan’s post has more than 28K likes and 46K shares. And it’s looking like a serious contender for a 2026 BAMMYs award (and we don’t say that lightly).

Here’s why this post works and what agents can learn from it.

What’s Working & How to Duplicate It

The Broke Agent broke down the carousel post in a new reel, highlighting Bryan’s strategy and how real estate agents can create something like this for their audience.

Swipe through Bryan’s carousel, and you’ll see two more well-placed ads with the same tongue-in-cheek humor:

  • One placed on the door of a public bathroom stall reads, “You can’t always trust a fart, but you can always trust me.”
  • Another placed over a urinal with three strangers pointing and laughing below the words, “Need more privacy? I’ll help you find a new home.”

Bryan’s caption explains the approach he’s taking with this marketing strategy:

“Good marketing is about reaching consumers where they are and speaking to the moment. I think.”

So, here’s what we love about Bryan’s viral post:

  • Each slide speaks to potential clients right where they are, using humor to lighten the mood. Sure, if it was a real guy saying that as you’re reaching for a pregnancy test, you might punch him. But it’s not. And the deadpan face makes it easier to laugh at it.
  • It’s almost like a template in itself. One of the genius things about this carousel is how adaptable it is as a real estate content idea. Think of the possibilities.

Of course, if you just want to create a post like this, but with your face and branding, there’s an easy way to do that, too. Just remember to credit Bryan in your caption for the idea.

As The Broke Agent points out in his reel, agents can share a screenshot of Bryan’s post (slide #1 to be specific), or any viral post, and ask AI, “What is the prompt to create this?” It might even suggest ways to make it hit harder, not that Bryan’s post needed any help.

You can also ask AI for content ideas in the same vein. This works better if you’ve trained AI on the style and voice of your marketing content.

As it happens, The Broke Agent and Jason Cassity, along with guest Dan Oneil, shared exactly how to do this with Claude AI in this week’s episode of The Walk Thru

Even if you enjoyed Bryan’s post, you might be thinking, “Okay, this is cool for someone who’s really funny, but that’s not me.”

Valid. And if this doesn’t feel like something you want to do, or if you’re thinking it might set people up to expect more funny content from you, there are plenty of other options to explore.

Content that feels true to you and your personality will also feel more authentic to your audience. Lean into that.

But if you know someone who lives, eats, and breathes humor, share this reel with them. And let us know what you think.
