If you sat in on this week’s BAM webinar with Tom Toole and Byron Lazine, you probably noticed something.
They weren’t pitching hacks or selling “new” strategies. They were pointing back to the same lever that’s driven real estate businesses for decades:
Real conversations.
Because here’s the part most agents know deep down, but don’t always build their week around:
Calls don’t get you paid. Conversations do.
Conversations lead to appointments. Appointments lead to contracts. Contracts lead to closings.
That’s why BAMx is kicking off the 30-Day Call Challenge starting Monday, January 12, 2026. It’s a structured, accountability-driven sprint designed to help agents create momentum heading into the spring season.
The Spring Market Starts Now
January is one of the most important months of the year for agents, because it’s when momentum for the spring market is building.
The Call Challenge is BAMx’s way of making sure the next 30 days don’t disappear into good intentions.
It’s built to help you create consistency when most agents are still “getting ready.”
And the best part is, it’s being led by two team leaders who are still in the field, still running teams, and still treating calls as a non-negotiable business driver.
Tom Toole has built a reputation as the objection handling GOAT and leads the #1 RE/MAX team in Pennsylvania. But what matters most here isn’t the résumé. It’s his daily actions.
As Tom put it:
“The difference between this and other call challenges… is I’m actually making calls with you.”
That’s the tone of this entire challenge: reps over theory.
Inside the BAMx Call Challenge
Here’s how the 30 days are structured inside BAMx.
1) Track conversations (not dials)
You can use the Call Challenge Tracker provided inside the classroom or use your own tracking system.
The goal is to measure what actually matters: real conversations, not activity for activity’s sake.
2) Set a daily conversation goal
One of the most practical ideas from the webinar was treating your conversation target like a standard, not a mood.
A daily goal creates clarity:
- You know when you’re done
- You know when you’re not
- You stop relying on “feeling productive”
And when you compound that over 30 days, the business becomes more predictable.
3) Use frameworks so you’re not winging it
A big reason agents avoid calling is fear.
They don’t want to sound scripted. They don’t want to feel pushy. They don’t know how to start (or how to recover when someone pushes back).
During the challenge, members will use the same simple frameworks Tom and Byron referenced in the webinar, plus the updated BAM resources, so calls feel calmer and cleaner.
Included inside BAMx:
- OFQs to use over the next 30 days
- Updated 2026 BAM Script Book
- Tom Toole’s Objection Handling Courses & Cheat Sheet
- Call Frameworks Cheat Sheet
4) Public accountability every week
Every week, BAMx posts an accountability thread in the Skool community.
You’ll comment with:
- A screenshot of your tracker
- Your conversation count from the previous week
Members have already started posting their goals and making calls to get ahead of the challenge.
5) Live role play every week
Every Tuesday, challenge BAMx participants can join live role play with Tom Toole, Byron Lazine and Lisa Chinatti.
Bring what you’re actually hearing:
- objections you’re getting stuck on
- openers that feel awkward
- conversations that went sideways
Can’t attend live? Replays and scripts are available inside BAMx.
5) Winners announced weekly
Every week, a winner with the most conversations will get a BAM merch pack, and a full challenge winner will receive a private Zoom with Tom and Byron.
