We usually avoid the whole agents-switching-brokerages scene.

Our website stats have shown that agent announcements aren’t exactly the content or industry news you want from BAM.

But, we’re bending the rules this time.

Why? Because this video announcement from BAM Creator Matt Lionetti is too good not to share.

The commercial-style video is something (aside from his trademark humor) we love about Lionetti’s work. Consider it 70 seconds of pure entertainment that you’ll want to watch more than once. Judging from the over 400 comments the Reel received in an hour, we know we’re not the only ones who laughed out loud.

Here’s the part where Lionetti showcases his marketing genius—he holds off making his big announcement until the final two seconds of the video. With the simple showcase of a logo, it clicks for the audience. He’s joining Real Brokerage.

Anna Oliver, Lionetti’s partner and the other half of the real estate duo formed back in April, will also be moving to Real.

Why Real?

It’s no secret that Real Brokerage is growing at a rapid pace, with over 12,000 agents operating in all 50 states and Canada. Recent weeks have seen a wave of announcements, with notable agents and teams, including the Mesnick Dalto Group, Rise Real Estate Group, four top-producing Kansas City teams, and BAM Creator Lindsey Jo, all making the switch to Real.

As far as Oliver and Lionetti, their decision to join Real wasn’t made lightly. Both agents shared that, despite the difficulty of the decision, it’s all about finding a fit for the future of their careers.

“Switching brokerages was not initially planned for this year, but I am excited to share that I have joined Real Brokerage. This move represents a significant milestone in my career, and I am eager to align myself with such an innovative brand. The decision to change brokerages is a significant one for any agent, but I am confident that this is the right move for me. I am proud to represent Real and to work alongside industry leaders and partner with Matt Lionetti. The transition has been seamless, and I am looking forward to the exciting things ahead.”

Anna Oliver

“I’m just excited to be here and bring value to my clients and my other agents. I never thought I’d leave The Agency, and even more than that, I never thought I’d join a brokerage like Real. But when I sat down with Brad McCallum, Tamir Poleg, and Sharrán Srivatsaa, I saw something different. I knew something great was being built, and I wanted to be a part of it.”

Matt Lionetti

With this kind of optimism and commitment, the future is looking bright for this duo.

Let’s just hope it doesn’t come with $7 billion median home prices.
