Comparative Market Analysis’ (CMAs) have been around for years. Every agent is familiar with the concept. You have a seller lead, or past client, who is thinking about selling their home, and you compile a list of recent comparable home sales in the nearby geographic area. At the beginning of each month, I’m going to make a list of content ideas based on holidays, notable events, and what’s trending. This can help you plan your filming/posting schedule around what’s timely and relevant! As I mentioned in my “trendjacking” blog, posting about trending topics gives your marketing a major engagement boost. In May, we had Star Wars Day, the only Friday 13th of the year, the Johnny Depp Amber Heard trial, and plenty of chatter about Elon Musk buying Twitter… Here’s what to expect this June.

On this week’s episode of Between Two Lock Boxes, recorded at Inman in New York, Dan O’Neil sits down with Juan Barraneche, CEO and founder of the Goldbar Team, and the one and only Ricky Caruth of eXp Realty and the Zero to Diamond coaching program.
