Chris Smith used his BAM BBQ 2026 session to hand real estate agents an AI tool stack for finding and creating outlier content.
No more guessing which content will perform. What would that mean for your real estate brand?
Chris built his whole session around removing that guesswork, pointing agents to tools designed specifically to spot what’s already working.
Here’s what you get:
- Tools that surface outlier ideas
- Tools built specifically for YouTube outliers
- Tools for design and visual inspiration
Get ready to seriously upgrade your real estate marketing routine.
Finding Outliers Before You Post
The first pair of tools Chris shared is built to surface high-performing content ideas before you sit down to create anything.
Stanley positions itself as an AI “Head of Content.” It texts post ideas directly to an agent’s phone through iMessage, cutting out the step of manually scrolling for inspiration.
Chris explained why Stanley became his daily go-to for post ideas.
“So the first tool I want you guys to try…I can’t live without it now. It’s called Stanley, getstanley.ai. What Stanley does for me is suggests Tweets, it suggests posts, it suggests things to put on LinkedIn.”
NoScroll works on a similar principle. It sends a daily SMS digest of high-quality content ideas, built for agents who don’t have time to scroll themselves.
Spotting Outlier Videos on YouTube
Chris also recommended two tools built specifically for identifying outlier performance on YouTube.
vidIQ is a Chrome extension that shows an outlier score and views-per-hour (VPH) on any video. Both numbers give agents a read on what’s outperforming before they commit to a topic themselves.
Chris broke down exactly what those VPH numbers looked like on one of his real estate YouTube channels.
“This video is six months old, and it’s still getting 14 views per hour. The one in the middle is eight months old. It’s still getting eight views per hour. The one on the right is 10 months old. It’s still getting five views per hour. Look at the bottom right one, four months ago, still getting six views per hour.”
1of10 runs on the same concept. It’s built to surface videos that stand out as the “1 of 10” outlier in their category, the kind of performance an agent should study before shooting their own version.
Turning Inspiration Into Visuals
The last group covers the tools Chris uses to take an outlier idea and turn it into finished creative.
Higgsfield is an AI image tool used to remix designs and thumbnails. Chris runs Nano Banana, Google’s image model, directly inside Higgsfield, or accesses it on its own through gemini.google.com.
Chris’s last recommendation isn’t an AI tool, but it’s one he uses regularly with AI.
SwipeFile is a library of iconic, high-performing ad campaigns. Chris uses it as a reference point for what proven creative actually looks like before remixing it into something new.
Chris explained where SwipeFile fits into his process, using one of his favorite real estate ad remixes as the example.
“SwipeFile is a library of all the most iconic and highest performing advertising campaigns of all time. And so what I found was VW had this really cool ad in the New York Times a long time ago called Think Small. And it was in an era where everybody wanted big Cadillacs and this and that.”
Building Your Own Outlier Stack
