Yes, AI Will Replace Real Estate Agents. But This is Why You Don’t Have to Worry

Matt Lionetti answers the question everybody is asking: AI will replace real estate agents. But no need to fear because AI won’t last long in our industry.

If ChatGPT has shown us anything this year, it’s that AI is far more capable than what most of us once imagined. And we’re just at the beginning of AI-powered everything.

So of course, people from every industry are trying to figure out exactly what jobs AI will take over. Matt Lionetti is pretty sure AI will replace real estate agents one day.

Cause who needs human interaction and personalized service? I mean, sure, buying a house is a big decision, but why not leave it all up to a computer program? After all, what could go wrong?

Turns out, a lot. Watch Matt’s latest Reel to find out why it won’t take long for AI to jump ship:

Not Even the Robots Can Handle It

Considering everything agents have to put up with, it’s no wonder so many agents call it quits after a few years (we all know that 87% leave before 5 years as an agent). So, what makes AI think it can handle the job?

Of course, that doesn’t mean AI can’t handle any of your work (after all, you juggle about a million tasks).

For agents who are willing to embrace the technology, integrating AI can help you become more efficient and effective in your work. So if you’re interested in taking the plunge, here are some free resources available to help you get started:

Don’t worry too much about the robots taking over. Instead, focus on how you can use AI to make your job easier and more productive.
