Handling objections is part of the job of a real estate agent.

A Script to Use for Property Financing Objections

When a seller says, “I’m worried about this property financing,” use this script, filling in stats for your (or your team’s) track record:

“I understand that concern. According to the latest data, 63% of sellers receive at least one all-cash offer. And most of my clients—those who use my pricing strategy—receive [two or more] all-cash offers.”

Not only does this statement use credible data to calm your client’s nerves, but it also positions you as the agent with a proven strategy that delivers results.
