To think I would have been thrilled to move into a house with just one secret door. This listing has at least four, plus an underground speakeasy, a brick tunnel, and surprises that keep piling on.

Matt Lionetti’s newest listing, which is co-listed with Miranda Fox of The Dan Plowman Team,  takes a childhood fantasy and turns it into a grown-up fever dream, in the best way possible.

Step into a home where nothing is as it seems:

  • At least four hidden doors.
  • An underground speakeasy with a Gatsby vibe.
  • A brick-paneled tunnel that leads to a bunker-style ladder and an elegant outdoor entertaining space.

Matt and Miranda showcased the home in a one-shot lifestyle video that doubles as a guided tour and a playful guessing game.

The caption says it all: How many hidden doors did you count?

A Different Kind of Listing

When she first walked into the house, Miranda immediately recognized the home’s marketing potential.

“When I met the homeowner for the initial tour, and hearing the thoughtfulness in every detail, it was clear that our marketing efforts needed to match the exclusivity of the home by expanding our reach.”

Matt also saw an opportunity to try something new:

“My cinematography partner Mitch Feinstein and I have wanted to do a one-shot video for a while, where the camera never stops rolling. We felt it would give the audience and potential buyers a real feel for the flow of the property, and it just looks sweet. We wanted to show enough where people were intrigued, but left wanting more.”

The result is a video worth looping more than once. And after reading the caption, it’s hard not to rewatch just to count the doors.

Behind the Scenes

Matt’s and Miranda’s approach to showcasing the home does exactly what it needs to, as Matt spells out here:

“We always strive to capture the essence of a home, to make people see what it could really feel like to live in it. We don’t need to show the entire property; we hope to grab attention, then direct the attention accordingly.”

And while the video is easy to watch on repeat, the action photos add another layer to the marketing campaign.

Here’s a look inside the very spaces that make this property feel like a movie set.

What Agents Can Learn

Matt’s and Miranda’s video is more than a creative flex. It’s a case study in how to market properties with personality:

  • Lean into uniqueness: Every property has something special. Highlight the details that can’t be found anywhere else.
  • Make it interactive: Ask questions or set challenges that encourage viewers to engage with your content.
  • Lifestyle storytelling sells: Specs and stats don’t stick in the memory the same way emotions do. Create content that lets buyers feel the home.
  • Collaborate effectively: The co-listing presentation expands reach and authority. Strong partnerships matter.
  • Use music to shape the mood: The four tracks in this video give each space its own energy, guiding viewers’ emotions and leaving a lasting impression.

The home is unforgettable on its own, but the creative marketing is what turns it into a story people want to watch, share and experience in person.
