Danielle Anderson knew the house already had at least five offers, but that didn’t stop her from using her go-to offer email sign off. “I considered saying, ‘looking forward to working with you!’ but that’s not as persuasive. I want them to imagine being in escrow with me.”

We asked Danielle if she knew where the other offers were at and she responded with, “I think the listing agent said they were all over asking and at least three of them were cash. But, it doesn’t always come down to price. Sometimes it’s about who the other side wants to work with and I guarantee you I’m fun to work with!” She then inhaled the cider she was sipping on during our interview.
