In a recent BAM Facebook post, The Broke Agent posed this question:

“What’s the most unprofessional thing you’ve ever witnessed in real estate?”

Over 200 comments poured in with a wide range of questionable behavior by real estate professionals, and the shock value of what many commenters have seen is off the charts.

We’re highlighting some of the best (worst?) examples. Be warned. Some of this could bring back memories you’ve worked hard to forget.

The Things Agents Have Seen (That Cannot Be Unseen)

Real estate doesn’t have a monopoly on uncouth or straight-up sketchy behavior. But judging by the comments, it’s clearly not rare, either. From fist fights on the lawn to taking liberties with the plumbing to making racist assumptions about the buyers…

Yeah…. it gets bad.
