eXp Realty used its eXpcon event in Salt Lake City on October 8, 2026, to announce four new offerings for agents and their clients.

The announcements cover different parts of an agent’s business. There’s a program that helps sellers pay to get a home ready for market, a platform where agents can cover each other’s showings, a set of AI connections, and a new mortgage joint venture with Newrez.

eXp Realty is the core subsidiary of AGNT, Inc. (Nasdaq: AGNT). Below is a look at each new offering, with the details agents will want to know.

eXp Realty’s Four New Offerings at eXpcon 2026

Each of the four offerings covers a different part of the job, from listing prep to mortgages. This is what each one does, along with insights from the people behind them.

eXp Ready

eXp Ready is a pay-at-close home prep program powered by Notable, eXp Realty’s financing partner. It helps sellers who are working with eXp agents pay for the work it takes to get a home ready for market.

These are the key details on how the program works:

  • Sellers can get up to $50,000 in unsecured funds, available the same day they’re approved
  • The money can go toward staging, repairs, painting, flooring or landscaping, and sellers can hire any provider they want
  • Repayment comes out of the closing proceeds when the home sells, unless 12 months pass or another acceleration event in the loan agreement happens first
  • Sellers repay the amount they use, plus a one-time fee and interest at low fixed rates

The application takes about five minutes and doesn’t affect the seller’s credit score. The program is available across the U.S., and agents can enroll at ready.exprealty.com/agents.

Leo Pareja, CEO of eXp Realty, said the program is aimed at a moment every listing agent knows, when a home needs work before it goes on the market.

“In today’s market, buyers are more selective and homes are sitting longer — we at eXp know that the sellers who invest in prep are the ones getting stronger offers. Every agent has stood at a listing appointment knowing the home could sell for more, if only the seller could more easily fund the work to get it there. eXp Ready erases that ‘if.’ Up to $50,000 to make a home market-ready, paid back at close. That’s a tool that wins listings.”

Brett Sikora is team lead of Align, which was the #1 eXp team by sides and #3 by volume in 2025. He’s used pay-at-close financing on his own listings.

“Pay-at-close financing has been a difference-maker on my listings. Sellers who don’t have the cash on hand to prep their home upfront can now do the staging and repairs that actually move the price and they’re not writing an immediate check to do it.”

ShowGo

ShowGo is a new platform for eXp agents. They can post a showing or open house they need covered, or pick one up when they have time.

This is how it works:

  • Agreements and payments are handled inside the platform
  • The agent who posts a showing can attach a fee and decides how much it is
  • Open houses are volunteer-only, and eXp describes them as a way for agents to build relationships and find new leads
  • Payments go through the brokerage, which eXp says keeps agents within agency rules and addresses regulators’ concerns about payments between agents

Nearly 1,000 eXp agents were active on ShowGo before the announcement. It’s available in the eXp HUB on web and desktop, with a mobile-friendly version, for agents in the U.S. and Canada

Pareja said eXp built ShowGo to give agents a better system for something they’ve done for years.

“Agents have always found ways to help each other. That’s the culture we’ve built. But ‘find a way’ usually meant a text thread, a favor, hoping someone had time and remembered to pay you back. We heard that from agents constantly, and it’s exactly the kind of problem eXp is built to solve. We’re a technology enabled company, so we built the system that should have existed already: one place to post, claim, agree and get paid. No guesswork, no chasing anyone down.”

MCP First, AI of Choice

eXp’s MCP First, AI of Choice initiative connects the AI tools agents use every day to their eXp business data. MCP stands for Model Context Protocol, a standard that lets AI assistants connect to outside tools and data.

Once agents approve the connection, they can ask their AI about their eXp business from the same chat window they’re used to.

These are the key details:

  • It works with Claude, ChatGPT or another AI tool an agent prefers
  • Agents can pull production numbers, leads, transactions, training progress and CRM records with no new app or login
  • Connections available at launch include the Hub, My eXp, eXp University and eXp Divisions, plus Canva and the Lofty, BoldTrail and Cloze CRMs
  • Follow Up Boss and Sisu connections are on the way

This is the first piece of AGNT OS, a rebuild of the systems that manage how eXp agents close deals and get paid, which is targeted for early 2027

Pareja explained the thinking behind eXp’s approach to AI.

“Every company in this industry is racing to build the best AI assistant. We asked a different question: why should agents have to change how they work at all? ‘MCP first, AI of Choice’, means agents keep using the AI they already trust. We’re making sure it can hear from eXp.”

Revenos Mortgage

Revenos Mortgage, powered by Newrez, is a new mortgage joint venture between eXp Realty and Newrez. It’s built to serve eXp agents and their clients from the loan application through closing and for the life of the loan.

A few key details on the joint venture:

  • Newrez is one of the five largest nonbank mortgage lenders and primary mortgage servicers in the country
  • eXp and Newrez are connecting their platforms ahead of launch

Revenos Mortgage is planned for early 2027, and more details are expected in the coming months.

Baron Silverstein, President of Newrez, described what each company brings to the joint venture.

“Revenos Mortgage represents the next evolution of our local market strategy. By combining eXp’s trusted local market expertise and Newrez’s scaled mortgage platform, including a broad range of lending solutions, technology, and servicing capabilities, we can better support buyers throughout the homeownership journey. Together, we can provide value at every step and remain a trusted resource for homeowners long after the initial transaction is complete.”

What eXp’s New Offerings Mean for Agents

If you’re with eXp, some of these tools could change how you win and prep listings.

eXp Ready gives your seller a way to pay for staging and repairs without coming up with the cash before the home goes on the market. eXp is rolling out the program in a slower market where homes are sitting longer and brokerages are competing for listings.

Other tools touch your day-to-day work. ShowGo gives you a place to find coverage or pick up showings and open houses through the brokerage. The MCP connections let you pull your eXp data into the AI tool you use.

Revenos Mortgage could change the financing side of your client’s transaction once it launches in early 2027, if only by providing an “in house” option when your buyers are shopping around for a lender.

eXp Ready and ShowGo are open to eXp agents as of October 8, and the first round of MCP connections is live. More details on Revenos Mortgage are expected in the coming months.
