On this week’s episode of The Real Word, Byron and Nicole start with Zillow’s recent acquisition of VRX Media, what the latter brings to the Zillow Group ecosystem, and what it means for agents.

Next up was a BAM article on Realtor.com®’s list of the hottest housing markets of 2023, none of which were major U.S. cities and all of which stand out as more affordable options for cash-strapped homebuyers.

One even netted props from Dave Portnoy for having the best college town pizza of all time.

Today’s “Left, Middle, Right” segment started with the drop in 10-year Treasury yields (and some hopeful speculation on mortgage rates). Next was a RealDeal piece on agents calling out San Antonio’s negative traits on YouTube. And thirdly, Twitter Blue relaunched their subscription service with higher prices for Apple users.
