Sitzer/Burnett plaintiffs are demanding over $4.7 billion from HomeServices of America, leveraging a trebled jury award minus previous settlements with NAR, Keller Williams, RE/MAX, and Anywhere.

HomeServices of America, along with three of its subsidiaries, have been dismissed by Judge Andrea Wood from the Batton 1 lawsuit filed by homebuyers.
