On this episode of The Massive Agent Podcast, I pose a question that might sound pretty crazy to some of you: Should you be selling fewer homes on purpose? Should it become a goal of yours to sell fewer homes?

I’ll explain exactly what I mean by that, and this is an episode you need to hear—especially if you’re reading those questions and thinking, “That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard!

It’s been twelve years since I started working as a real estate agent. And there are things I wish I’d known when I started out. So, the conversation we’re having today—the concepts I’m going to lay out for you—these are things I wish somebody told me in the beginning.

It would have changed some of the decisions I made along the way. It would have changed some of my priorities along the way. And it would have gotten me to a much better place a lot sooner. 

If you want a high income and a great lifestyle at the same time, but you realize that selling more houses means you’ll be spending more time selling houses, it’s time to ask yourself some bold questions.

I took a risk when I joined two great people at eXp because the immediate cost of making that decision was a pay cut. And it hurt! But fast forward to the present, and I know, without a doubt, that it was the best professional decision I’ve ever made.

Taking risks is essential to moving forward and creating the life you want. I hope every one of you makes at least one bold move this year.
