On October 27, RealScout announced plans to bring eXp Realty’s Coming Soon listings into its home search platform.

RealScout is a collaborative home search tool, allowing agents and their clients to search for homes in one shared space. As of this writing, more than 100,000 real estate professionals have access to it.

The company’s release spells out what the integration will do for each side of the deal:

  • Buyers and their agents get another source of Coming Soon listings to review in RealScout
  • eXp sellers get exposure to buyers who use the platform with their agents

Here’s how the integration will work and how it fits eXp’s non-exclusive Coming Soon strategy.

The eXp and RealScout Integration

According to the news release, a growing number of buyers come across homes at different stages and in different databases before those homes hit the active market.

RealScout says its goal is to pull those sources of inventory into one place. It wants consumers to get a fuller picture of the market through the agent they already trust.

Andrew Flachner, co-founder and CEO of RealScout, explained how the eXp deal fits into the company’s plans.

“As more homes become available to buyers through different channels and at different stages, our job is to help bring that market together. Every new source we connect should make the search simpler for agents and their clients. Bringing eXp’s Coming Soon listings into RealScout is another step in that direction.”

The integration is expected to launch before the end of 2026, though the timing could change as it moves through development and testing.

Coming Soon Listings on RealScout

Earlier this year, eXp expanded its Coming Soon distribution to premier national portals, including Realtor.com, Homes.com and ComeHome.com, on the same non-exclusive basis. RealScout will soon have access as well, bringing those listings into a search tool built around agents working with their clients.

Leo Pareja, CEO of eXp Realty, said the move is about reaching as many buyers as possible.

“A seller’s home deserves every buyer it can reach. Not some. Every one. Bringing our Coming Soon listings to RealScout puts them right inside the conversation between agents and their clients, earlier in the search. More eyes, sooner, means more fair outcomes for our sellers.”

The eXp integration is part of a broader push by RealScout to bring more pre-market inventory into one shared home search experience.

RealScout also recently announced a partnership with Zillow to bring Zillow Preview listings onto its platform.

Together, the integrations give agents and their buyers access to more homes before they hit the active market, without having to search across multiple platforms.

For agents using RealScout, that means more inventory to share with buyers earlier in their search. For eXp sellers, it creates another opportunity to get their homes in front of potential buyers before going fully active.
