Ryan Serhant, the real estate mogul and star of Owning Manhattan, has secured $45 million in funding for SERHANT. Technologies, the holding company behind his innovative brokerage, media, and tech ventures.
The funding round, led by Camber Creek and Left Lane Capital, aims to supercharge S.MPLE—an AI-powered workflow automation platform designed to streamline administrative tasks for sales professionals.
“As you know, we started this company (SERHANT.) in the depths of COVID in 2020,” Serhant said in an Instagram Reel. “But what you might not know is we bootstrapped the whole thing—up until now….We just raised $45 million dollars in funding to build the greatest firm on the planet.”
A New Era for SERHANT.
Founded in 2020, SERHANT. has grown into a powerhouse in real estate, technology, and media. The firm’s expansion has been driven by a strategic flywheel model that integrates brokerage services, educational platforms, and cutting-edge technology. In a Fortune exclusive interview, Serhant described S.MPLE as “Instacart for salespeople.” It automates tasks like listings and communication, freeing up agents to focus on client relationships.
Since its launch in September, S.MPLE has saved agents over 5,000 hours of administrative work, boasting a 95% repeat usage rate within five days.
Strategic Partnerships
Camber Creek and Left Lane Capital believe in SERHANT.’s potential to transform real estate.

“His passion and vision for disrupting the industry, coupled with his commitment to leveraging technology in innovative ways, made it clear that SERHANT. is destined to redefine the future of real estate,” Berman said.
Harley Miller, CEO and Managing Partner of Left Lane Capital, said in a statement: “SERHANT. Technologies delivers the brand, acumen, and essential tech that empowers good real estate professionals to become the best, which ultimately drove our excitement in the team.”
With this funding, SERHANT. will:
- Accelerate S.MPLE’s development
- Expand its brokerage reach
- Scale its edtech platform, SellIt.com, which already has over 30,000 members in 128 countries
SERHANT.’s Vision
SERHANT. isn’t stopping at technology. The firm continues to grow its global footprint with over 800 agents and operations in eight states. By blending technology, media, and education, Serhant’s vision is clear: to lead the real estate industry into a new era of innovation and efficiency.
“It is insane what (S.MPLE) can do,” Serhant said on Instagram. “And now the pressure’s on.”
