After 10 years of working for media publishers and growing a following as Fortune‘s former real estate editor, Lance Lambert announced a new venture: ResiClub

The news and research outlet, which is co-founded by Lambert and Anthony Pomplaino, will provide “in-depth tracking, reporting and analysis of the U.S. housing market.”

News Outlet and Research Company

Those who have followed Lambert in any capacity know his articles are packed with housing market data and detailed charts.

With in-depth research and analysis of local market data, ResiClub aims to be an invaluable tool for both professionals in the housing industry and U.S. consumers seeking guidance in the ever-evolving housing market. Its mission, as outlined in Lambert’s first post on the site, is:

“…to provide comprehensive coverage and insights into the U.S. housing sector, with a particular focus on: U.S. homebuilders, institutional homebuyers, proptech startups, and regional housing data.”

ResiClub’s Offerings

As of its launch today, ResiClub has two products:

  1. A free daily newsletter covering the biggest news in residential real estate
  2. ResiClub Pro, an upgrade that includes three additional subscriber-only Lance Lambert articles per week, along with access to his regional housing tracker spreadsheets.

You can gain access to the free newsletter and upgrade to ResiClub Pro by subscribing here.

Resources for the Industry

Real estate professionals have often turned to Lambert’s charts to help educate their consumers—just ask Byron Lazine, who’s shared many on the Hot Sheet

Lambert sees ResiClub as an invaluable resource for industry professionals during a complex housing market.

“The U.S. housing market is undergoing profound changes, and ResiClub’s mission is to be at the forefront of providing insights and information to help people make better decisions. We believe this is a pivotal moment for the U.S. housing sector, and our team is here to guide you through it.”
