Before anyone gets riled up, let’s start with a disclaimer: this is not an official poll. But hey, since when has BAM ever let “official” get in the way of how we operate?

The day before the 2024 election, in true BAM style, we met agents where they are—online. We took to Instagram, Facebook and X to ask real estate agents one simple question: “Who are you voting for?”

The response has been insane. In under 24 hours, over 7,700 people weighed in. We’re talking fiery debates, passionate defenses, and the kind of online discussions that only an election could bring to life.

Here’s how the votes stack up.

Results on Facebook

On Facebook, agents were eager to participate in the anonymous poll. At the time of posting this on Tuesday morning, 1,971 votes were tallied. Here are the results:

The Takeaway

While this poll may be unofficial, it’s a snapshot of what real estate agents are thinking on Election Day. Of course, real estate agents represent a tiny fraction of voters. Soon enough, we’ll have the actual results.

And no matter the outcome, one comment stood out with a reminder for agents: “People will buy and sell real esate no matter who is in office.”
