Yet another drama-filled real estate reality TV spinoff is set to join the other Selling series on Netflix on August 24th.
Let’s not forget that this isn’t the only new California-based real estate show that Netflix is streaming this fall. Buying Beverly Hills, which follows power realtors from The Agency brokerage, will also be released.
Selling the OC
Adam DiVello, the mastermind behind the Selling franchise, has added the Orange County coast to the line-up, following the original series, Selling Sunset, and the first spinoff, Selling Tampa.
First announced in November 2021, the new spinoff follows twin brothers Brett and Jason Oppenheim, stars from the original series who founded the Oppenheim Group real estate firm. In Selling the OC, they join a fresh set of realtors at their second office in Newport Beach, CA.
Cue the vicious rumors, betrayal, and tears. As with other shows in the franchise, the real draw is the drama—not bankable tips for real estate agents.
And that’s okay with plenty of viewers inside and outside the industry. Bring on the popcorn!

Viewing Details
The official trailer dropped on August 10th. The first season will feature eight 30-minute episodes and will premiere at 12:00 am PT/3:00 am ET on Wednesday, August 24th.
