Melissa then showed the prospective buyer (on her iPad) that seismic activity was increasing in the area. “The big one is right around the corner.” The buyer did mention that they were still 20 miles from coast. Melissa countered that a high-powered telescope should be able to catch the waves on a clear day. “It’s more of a peak-a-boo view but you can definitely see it,” Melissa said.
