We wouldn’t dream of finishing the year without a recap of some of the funniest real estate reels of 2024. It’s BAM tradition, now. And it doesn’t hurt that these are pretty fun to write.

We’re including the finalists for this year’s BAMMYs—the first annual awards event for real estate content creators. But we’re also throwing in some other funny reels to mix it up, drawing from some of our favorite Instagrammers in the real estate space.

Take a moment to enjoy these before we wrap up 2024.

9 of the Funniest Real Estate Reels of 2024

#1: Recruited

This collab reel with Shane Burgman and Derrick Gregory took the number one spot for “Funniest Video” in this year’s first annual BAMMYs event. Take a moment to treat yourself and you’ll see why.

#2: Check In on Your Realtor Friends

With an inspired musical track and a litany of soul-crushing real estate agent problems, the Property Brothers-in-Law hit it out of the park once again with a reel so relatable it hurts to laugh. But you’ll laugh anyway because…well, just watch.

#3: Gary Vee

Matt Lionetti presents one of the most likeable and inspiring business and marketing influencers on the planet in his impression of Gary Vee at a listing presentation.

#4: On a Remote Island

Last March, The Broke Agent posted this meme with the words, “My clients whenever I need to reach them or have them sign something.” The post received over 140K likes and hundreds of comments from agents who shared similar experiences.

#5: Luxury Translator

Bob Tompkins translates luxury terms used by Shane Burgman in a high-end property tour, making luxe details understandable to those of us who just want the bread-and-butter words for things we don’t typically see in properties listed for under a million (or half that).

#6: Lorax

This reel might have you scratching your head at first. But if you’re like us, (Q)uennton draws you in and holds your attention throughout the home tour with his Lorax-inspired costume and over-the-top antics.

#7: Tears of Pride

Shane Burgman strikes again with this reel using a popular Matthew McConaughey (Interstellar) meme to play the role of a grown son sharing his triumphs as a real estate agent with his father (who missed 23 years of his life during a one-hour reconnaissance mission near a black hole).

#8: Letters to Santa

One of our favorite funny guys in real estate, Derrick Gregory, created this reel of Santa reading letters from Realtors. Would you send one of these?

#9: “When someone asks me how real estate is going”

Shawn King uses footage from Home Alone to illustrate his answer to this question.

Share some love with your favorite content creators today. It’s been an interesting year.
