What could a tiny projector do to level up your next open house?

After experimenting with the Anker Nebula mini projector, Space Coast Realtor Shane Burgman was sold! And he shared his top reasons in a recent Instagram Reel

Just for starters, here are some of its features:

  • 4-hour battery life
  • Easily connect streaming apps (Netflix, YouTube, Disney, Hulu, etc)
  • Screen mirror from your phone
  • Wi-Fi & Bluetooth enabled
  • Built-in speaker with 360° sound
  • Projects up to a 100-inch picture

Not bad for a projector the size of a soda can! And considering how much use you’re likely to get out of it, it’s a steal at $289

Shane’s top 3 uses for this projector

If you’re wondering, “How am I even going to use something like this?” and you’re drawing a blank, Shane revealed his top three brilliant uses for it. Give them a try, and you’ll soon be asking yourself, “Why did I take so long to get this?

#1—Play a dedicated YouTube playlist

Shane has used this to play a dedicated playlist he has on YouTube, using the projector’s built-in application.

#2—Cast your phone to the projector

He’s also cast his phone to the projector to—

  • display active listings he has in the area
  • demonstrate sales in a specific location where he’s working
  • play other videos that might not be on YouTube

#3—Screencast a branded image—or, better yet, a QR code!

You can also use the Anker Nebula to cast a branded image to the wall. Or, even better, use it to screencast a QR code people can scan to

  • sign up for an open house (or other event)
  • learn more about a specific property, or
  • download a lead magnet
