It’s Halloween—which means there could not be a better time to share some good old fashioned real estate horror stories.
And we’ve got a few we’re itching to share, starting with this Reddit post about a hit-and-run:
What your craziest real estate story? Here’s mine… (hit and run)

Nothing really tops that last one.
On a lighter note, we have some Instagram posts with a bit less gravity and more humor:
#1: “Heading into a real estate conference after taking it easy night one”
Networking extra hard the first night in takes a toll. Can you relate to this one?
#2: “When I’m at a party and overhear someone say they want to get their real estate license”
If you’ve been in the industry long enough, this one hits home. Do the charitable thing (hopefully without the instant brain bleed).
#3: “When my open house ends at 4:00 and a neighbor comes in at 3:59 to tell me their entire life story”
You’d think anyone greeted by this face as they walk in the door would do an about-face and walk right out.
