1.2 million views. That’s how much attention we pulled in from Instagram alone—directly contributing to nearly $20 million in sales volume in the first quarter of 2025.

But here’s the thing: It wasn’t just one viral post that made it happen. It was a mix of humor, education, entertainment, listings, and events, all strategically designed to keep our audience engaged and drive real business.

That’s why I’m giving you every single script and caption I’ve used from January 1st to March 31st—so you can see exactly what worked and apply it to your business. Download them here!

3 Examples of High-Engagement IG Posts for Q1 2025

#1: “Hey, Meta, what do you see?” (Humor)

This was a collab between Nahed BenyameinKatie Day and me using a pair of Ray Ban Meta glasses with brutal AI assessments of what the user is looking at.

In this case, both Nahed and Katie are looking at me, with Meta going full-on mean girl. And judging by the comments, viewers are loving it — and giving some love right back.

#2: Your Client Started Following You on IG (Viral Video Formula)

I’ve broken down this post in a previous BAM article, including my inspiration for it. Simply put, the video shows me discovering that my client is following me on Instagram—and then proceeding to show scenes of myself getting work done and highlighting how much I love what I do. This is one of the easiest videos to make, and here’s how it performed in just 21 hours:

  • 15 hours and 19 minutes of watch time
  • 45 comments
  • 25 shares (our favorite metric)
  • 22 saves

#3: Gasp + Camera Flip (Viral Video Formula)

This one also uses a winning formula — one inspired by a viral travel video and adapted to our business. Like the second example, this is an easy one to make and performs well on Instagram.

All you need are some great shots of your seller’s home (indoors or outside), and your smartphone. Check out this BAM article for a full breakdown to create your own:
