If you’ve got more than one listing on the market right now, this is the carousel template for you.
One of the things that is always part of my content creation strategy is this: every single one of my listings gets marketed at least once a week. Email, social media posts, phone calls, paid ads, it doesn’t matter. As real estate agents, one of the main things we’re being hired to do is actively market a property.
And I never want to be in a position where I have nothing new to share with my seller. Especially since I send them a weekly update outlining exactly what’s happened with their listing in the past seven days.

The Problem: Marketing Multiple Listings Without Losing Followers
Here’s a problem I’ve been looking to solve: how do I market my listings without littering my feed and turning off my followers?
I never want my Instagram to feel like a nonstop “Just Listed” parade. The trick is finding the balance between posting content people actually engage with, while still showing that I’m active in the real estate business.
That’s exactly when I came up with this new template, and today, I’m sharing it with you.
The Solution: A 3-in-1 Instagram Carousel
This week, we had three properties coming to market. I could have posted them separately, but honestly, I wasn’t confident they’d all perform well on their own. So instead, we created a three-in-one carousel post.
Here’s how it works:
- The cover slide shows a third of each house, instantly telling viewers they’ll get more than one listing in this post.
- Each following slide spotlights one property’s best photos.
- The caption becomes the perfect place to promote the launch parties or open houses we’re hosting that weekend.
The result? One polished post that keeps my feed clean, my audience engaged, and my sellers happy.
Why You Should Try This
This tactic has been a game-changer over the last few weeks. It shows I’m active without overwhelming my audience, and it helps each listing get in front of more eyes. Plus, it saves time when one post markets three properties.
If you try this in your market, I want to hear how it works for you.
