The holidays bring out a special kind of creativity in real estate, and 2025’s posts set a new bar.

This year’s lineup was full of sharp humor, dead-accurate industry pain points, and the kind of memes that make real estate agents feel seen. We rounded up the posts that nailed the 2025 holiday vibe and earned a well-deserved place in this year’s highlight reel.

Agents have a lot on their plates this time of year, which might be why the best holiday posts always land right when everyone needs them most.

Some provide just the right content inspo. And some are just too fun not to share.

Let’s get into this year’s collection.

Best Real Estate Holiday Posts of 2025

#1: Wrapping a Gift for a Friend Who Used Another Agent

With all the genius reels Matt Lionetti has on his IG this year, you’d think he rarely (If ever) has an off day as an agent. This post reminds us he still has moments most agents can relate to.

#2: Holiday Hot Cocoa & Coffee

In this reel, Alyssa Curnutt spotlights a local bakery with coffee and cocoa flights as a fun place to stop with your kids when you’re out holiday shopping.

#3: Me After Closing the Deal from Hell

The Broke Agent nails the sentiment perfectly with this memorable Home Alone scene.

#4: Every Male Hallmark Character

As usual, Shane Burgman manages to create the kind of real estate holiday post we’re betting no one else is making this year (or with quite the same flair). He plays “every male Hallmark character,” including the guy in the red suit. All that’s missing is the popcorn. Just play this on a loop and imagine Lacey Chabert in the lead role.

#5: “I let ChatGPT Design My Holiday Campaign”

Krys Benyamein’s caption says it all:

“I asked ChatGPT to recreate me in a winter scene and this is what happens when you say “be creative” and don’t set boundaries…”

I promise you, you will not see slide #3 coming.

#6: Best Part of RE: Hearing Kids Pick Their New Bedrooms

The Property-Brothers-in-Law use a Home Alone audio meme to memorialize a “best part of real estate” that doesn’t always come off as heartwarming as expected.

#7: Debating Going to Your Brokerage Holiday Party

The Grinch debates whether to accept an invitation, and honestly, he pretty much nails the social anxiety. The Broke Agent’s caption ties it all together. Do you identify with the Grinch or with one (or more) of the commenters?

#8: POV: Real Estate Agents Looking for Clients During the Holidays

Another classic provides the perfect meme for agents looking to drum up business during the holiday season. Also, it’s entirely possible one of the writers for Cast Away was a former Realtor.

#9: Realtors in 2025

The Office has provided more than its share of video memes, and this reel by Funny Real Estate Humor features a dead-on pick for each month of the year.

We hope this doesn’t ring true for your 2025, but it sure is fun to watch.

So, what do you think? Which ones resonated with you most this year? If any of these brought a smile to your face today, hop on over to IG to spread some holiday love to the creators.
