On this week’s episode of The Walk Thru, Dan Oneil and The Broke Agent sit down with Brooks Landry and Dan MacKinnon. They share their thoughts on appropriate language to use with clients and agents, what agents should post on Threads, Time Blocking, and two marketing videos for agents to emulate.

To begin the episode, the group gives their opinion on communicating with clients and agents and whether using swear words or words like “Bro” or “Honey” is appropriate.

Then, the discussion turns to Threads and what features have been the most popular within the social media app lately, especially for agents. The group then breaks down an article from Tom Toole regarding his time blocking.

At the end of the episode, the group looks at this week’s marketing videos from Dan MacKinnon.
